RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Senior Commercial Executive will be a professional with skills in consultative sales, customer relations and focus on results, aiming to:
- – Get to know the customer and propose solutions that add value and guarantee the sustainability of their transformation journey;
- – Maintain service excellence across the customer base;
- – Act as a hunter in promoting the portfolio and expanding new businesses;
- – Prepare proposals, monitor the client evaluation process until closing;
- – Ensure customer satisfaction through periodic monitoring;
- – Carry out the sales business plan in accordance with company guidelines;
- – Report essential information in the CRM to provide shared customer management and monitoring of results; and
- – Ensure compliance with established goals.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- – Complete Higher Education;
- – Knowledge in Technology, Business Management Software and services related to Implementation, BPO, Assessment and Governance.
