Commitment to social and environmental responsibility is an increasingly important value
for companies. Grupo LPJ is aware of the importance of its activities
in this sense and that is why Instituto LPJ was created, an initiative that concentrates all our
social actions since 2022.

Instituto LPJ's mission is to support projects that aim to improve living conditions
of people and the environment. We believe it is possible to make a difference and contribute
to build a more just, sustainable and supportive world. And now, in 2023, we have given
another important step in this direction, by establishing a partnership with iSocial.

iSocial is a socio-environmental impact platform that seeks to collaborate, do good and
transform our world. Through gamification, our team will be encouraged to collaborate
with various causes throughout the year, creating a culture of social and environmental engagement.
With the partnership with iSocial, we will leverage our actions, working on initiatives that aim to
improve people's quality of life, preserve the environment and seek
social justice.

This partnership with iSocial is a big step for Instituto LPJ. Through this platform,
we will have the opportunity to further engage our team in impactful actions
and creating a culture of collaboration and empathy with the causes that
we defend. This culture is fundamental for the success of initiatives like this and for
that the actions of Instituo LPJ really make a difference in society.

The platform aims to bring together companies and organizations that have the
commitment to social and environmental responsibility, creating a network of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Instituto LPJ is also committed to contributing to the achievement of the Objectives
of UN Sustainable Development (SDG). Our actions are designed based on these
goals, which are a global agenda to achieve a better and more sustainable future for

compliance with these objectives, working on initiatives aimed at improving the quality
